From the comforting flavours of Maharashtra, Bengal, Goa, Delhi, and Gujarat, our menu is a celebration of India’s richly layered culinary heritage. Signature dishes such as Chholar Dal with Luchi, Classic Paneer, Sorse Mach, Kolkata Biryani, Malvani-style eggs, Butter Chicken and Masala Khichdi are prepared with reverence for their regional roots, while vibrant creations like Palak Patta Chaat bring a contemporary flourish to the table. Each dish is a tribute to place, tradition, and craftsmanship—offering an immersive journey through the diverse flavours, aromas, and stories that define India’s culinary landscape.
Our specialty coffee section is curated by Dharun Vyas—2025 National AeroPress Champion and 3rd Place Winner at the 2025 World AeroPress Championship—in collaboration with Coffeeverse (Roastery Cultúr), a collective dedicated to exceptional sourcing, artisanal roasting, and precision brewing. Together, they bring Ahmedabad a thoughtfully curated coffee experience that celebrates origin, craftsmanship, and flavour, making every cup a refined expression of specialty coffee at its finest.
